Multiply whole selling units
For example, three selected 12.98 USD individual covers have a 38.94 USD merchandise base. That arithmetic does not establish that three devices share a compatible keyboard. The buyer must verify each intended model and physical layout separately before using an aggregate quantity. A correct multiplication cannot repair an unsupported compatibility assumption.
Do not invent quantity tiers
No bulk discount is applied unless an exact current selected offer establishes it. The tool multiplies the actual selected base rather than assuming an order of several units qualifies for a lower price. A manufacturer’s general shipping banner is also not treated as an automatic merchandise discount.
Keep unknown charges unknown
Shipping, tax and other charges need explicit actual quoted inputs before the tool displays a full entered total. A blank field is not zero. A confirmed no-charge line can be entered as zero, but the website does not infer eligibility from the order value or a membership benefit. Switching the seller/product resets those inputs.
Use editable prices honestly

An entered zero is an explicit value
